Simavita

Simavita had a solution targeted to the aged care industry to assist aged care staff with incontinence issues. Simavita had developed their own solution that was used to predict incontinence events. They approached Redgum to help improve their application, including user interface of the project and have it ready to take to market

After initially updating the first version of the Simavita solution, Redgum redevelop the incontinence solution and re-architect it to make it available online.

EON Rings

Our client EON Rings is a manufacturer of custom rings. They required an automated online solution that was able to provide quick and accurate quotes, so that all staff could quote reliably rather than 1 or 2 key people having the specialist knowledge. The team at Redgum was able to produce an online quotation calculator. The solution allows partners to enter relevant details such as size, shape, type of metal and the details of the ring, which is then used to create an accurate quote based on the gold or metal price on the day.

The application tracks the market metal prices daily so that the quotes are always accurate and the user is only required to pick from 5 lists of variables, no typing, no errors in order to receive a quote. The details of the quote are then automatically submitted to their job management / ticketing system with all the appropriate details in a complete and consistent format.

EON Rings initially provided the online calculated to a few select clients to start with, from there it has now been extended to over 60 clients and has increased their orders substantially. The online calculator enables their clients to create their own quotes and confirm details of orders. All their staff need to do is take the confirmed job and fulfil the order.

Confederation of Australian Motor Sport

The Confederation of Australian Motor Sport (CAMS), has been the governing body of Australian motorsport since 1953. CAMS is responsible for almost all forms of four-wheeled motor sport across Australia and has over 52,000 members, in over 350 car clubs and over 9,000 accredited officials. They regulate more than 1,800 motorsport events per year from club level to International level.

CAMS approached Redgum to develop a volunteer management system which would enable them to streamline and formalise their processes around collecting and organising volunteers for the Formula 1 Grand Prix.

The system enables volunteers to sign up online, then enables staff to match the people up to previous years entries, manages the process of assigning teams and management groups, deals with food and uniform requirements and provides all the reports required throughout the preparation phase and during the event.
