Redgum offer a range of flexible project management and delivery models to suit your particular requirements.

Options may be tailored with a view to accommodating budgetary constraints, development schedules, specific skills requirements, scope, market definition, distribution and support and where appropriate, government sponsored R&D industry based support programs (i.e.: AusIndustry START program).

Retainer based

Redgum offer a retainer based development option to qualified clients where development requirements may initially be unclear, ongoing or under particular budgetary constraint. Development is invoiced for a set threshold per week/month with rollover, overtime and capping options.

This option has been most attractive to clients seeking re-development of existing systems, modular package development, outsourced R&D and where ongoing support may be required.

Sourced Contractual

In some cases, where specific skills are required, Redgum may be viewed as a source of highly trained individuals and teams for short term contracts (sourced), as may be commissioned to recruitment consultancies, IT departments and project managers to supplement the resources required for particular projects.

Redgum encompasses a range of abilities including Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCP) from a range of backgrounds and skills.

Redgum also offers self-contained teams with the advantages of proven team cohesion, synergy, proprietary and quality of service. These individuals and teams are supported by Redgum's proprietary suite of development tools and components, RAD methodologies and training. They are particularly suitable for R&D and specialised development projects.

Joint Venture based development

In some instances, where a client views Redgum as a source of IT resources that are critical to the on-going development, operation and support of its core activities and/or products, the client may request Redgum to provide its services under a joint-venture arrangement.

Redgum has participated and continues to participate successfully in joint venture arrangements and is open proposals of this kind.

Flat rate (per hour)

A flat development rate may be suitable for short timelines and specialist consulting where requirements are explicit and clear or support is required on-demand only. This option is also useful for on-demand data-cleansing, migration, processing and project management.

Service Level Agreements

Redgum offer a multi-tier support structure so now clients may choose an affordable and dependable support package to suit their particular requirements.

Redgum offer technical training, user and developer web-forums, email and phone support so clients may communicate directly with our consultants and developers when they need to most, according to a fee scale that fits their project.

Component Licenses and Royalty Agreements

Much of Redgum's rapid and flexible development exploits its modular and expandable design techniques. Redgum has a library of pre-built and plug-in components (ActiveX, etc...) and 'intelligent' tools available to developers and/or for inclusion in bespoke systems development. These proprietary tools and methodologies may be accessed under a variety of licence options.

Single component, assembly and complete package licences may be negotiated prior to development.
