Redgum provided, for a number of years, a technical development team to APS under joint venture arrangements to develop pre-press software solutions that are used by many of Australasia's premier print media and publishing houses including News Ltd (H&WT, Adelaide Advertiser, Hobart Mercury, et al), Text Media, Harris Printing, Metropolis Media and Dept. of Defence.
Software developed by Redgum for APS enables medium to large publishing houses to cut time and labour costs as well as extend deadlines and integrate their pre-press with booking, editorial and press departments. The range of increased efficiencies delivered by this software include:

CallSys Sales & Marketing
Redgum provided CallSys with the technology to conduct real-time management and reporting for medium to large call centres.
The managers and operators of one 200 seat installation, for example, were enabled by our joint solution, to work co-operatively, increasing the grade of service of the installation from 60% to 95% in under 3 months from implementation.
Our call-centre management solutions are now implemented in such listed companies as Primus Telecom, AXA Australia, BP Australia, PowerCor and RACV.

Pathfinder Solutions Australia
When Pathfinder Solutions needed to update and re-engineer their flagship marketing research and analysis products, Redgum offered the flexible retainer-based project model allowing them to balance R&D, re-development and support under the one controlled budget.
The solution, powered by a sophisticated statistical analysis engine, allows for a simple 'step-wizard' user interface to report Aust. and NZ census, demographic and geographical information.

Australian Regional Health Group (ARHG)
Data cleansing and organisation software built to allow our customers to gather information from many different, distributed or possibly un-reliable sources for insurance purposes.
Redgum's data-cleansing solution was able to semi-autonomously validate and identify 95% of discrepancies within the information and automatically fix them or present them in an easy to use interface to allow the user to choose how to resolve the issue most quickly.
The benifits of ARHG's project included:

Westam Consulting
Redevelopment of a financial and accounting application created to assist marketing planning of mass mail-out advertising (eg: Myer Direct, Easy-buy, Southcorp and others) through a researched methodology to match products, demographics with sales targets and KPI's in an easy to use format for sales, marketing and procurement managers.
This was to be integrated with key client system (Co-Linear Systems, Inc.) and designed as a VBA application to work within Microsoft Excel as a single seat, distributed or centralised system.
